Video Uploading:
* Below are the recommended specs for video uploads.
* Codec: H.264 MPEG-4 with AAC audio preferred.
* Resolution: 640x480.
* Frame rate: 30 fps (29.97).
* Bit rate: There is no required bit rate. Video should be optimized for frame rate and resolution.
* Interface: De-interlaced recommended.
* Supported file formats: .mp4, .mov, .flv, .wmv, .mpg, .mpeg, .wmv.
* File size: There is no max file size you can upload. 100mb rec. max.
